Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification; applicants without current BCBA Certification will not be considered
  • BCBA in good standing with the BACB
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum is a bonus
  • Completion of BACB Supervisor Training
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Ability to write reports
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Must submit a transcript showing a Master’s degree and BCBA Certification
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Up-to-date BLS training
  • Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
