Supervise behavior-analytic services as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor
Conduct in-person field visits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification; applicants without current BCBA Certification will not be considered
In good standing with the BACB
At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
BACB Supervisor Training completed
3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
Strong communication skills
Ability to write reports
Ability to manage a team
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
Transcript showing a Master’s degree
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
Current TB test
Current BLS training
Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
