About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor
- Conduct in-person field visits
- Provide remote supervision
- Supervise and manage a team
- Write reports
- Participate in monthly team meetings and collaboration
- Handle supervision while the dedicated scheduling team manages scheduling
- Manage a 110 Billable Standard caseload
- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Support hands-on, in-home technician training and real-life sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- Good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Master’s degree; must submit transcript
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Current BLS training
- Top-notch communication skills
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
