About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
  • Good standing with the BACB
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • BACB Supervisor Training completed
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Master’s degree; must submit transcript
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Current BLS training
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Ability to write reports
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
  • Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
