About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
  • Good standing with the BACB
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • BACB Supervisor Training completed
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
  • Ability to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Up-to-date BLS training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Report-writing skills
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
