About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor
- Conduct in-person field visits
- Provide remote supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians
- Write reports
- Maintain a manageable 110-billable-standard caseload
- Participate in monthly team meetings and collaboration
- Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team
- Provide hands-on support in home-based, real-life sessions
- Meet supervision, scheduling, and documentation deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- Good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
- Ability to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Up-to-date BLS training
- Strong communication skills
- Report-writing skills
- Team management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
