About the role
- Manage an active caseload of 12 hours delivering IIC services
- Complete required clinical documentation like ISPs and progress notes
- Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate care
- Develop strategy for recruitment and retention of IIC/BA providers
- Proactively source candidates and conduct initial screenings
- Represent the agency at job fairs and clinical conferences
- Serve as internal liaison between new clinicians and HR
- Track recruitment metrics and participate in clinical supervision
Requirements
- Must possess LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC license
- Experience working with children and families
- Clinical documentation skills
- Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
- Ability to design strategies for provider recruitment and retention
- Proficient in managing caseload and participating in CFT meetings
- Ability to maintain ethical standards in clinical practice
