About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise field staff after regular business hours, on weekends, and holidays
- Schedule care delivered in the homes of CoxHealth at Home clients
- Coordinate coverage during Saturday, Sunday, and holiday day shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year office experience in a service-related setting preferred
- Familiarity with a healthcare environment preferred
- Ability to function independently and organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to work well under stress and adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, field staff, physicians, and community resources
- Empathetic attitude toward sick and elderly individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
