About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pharmacists process prescription orders for outpatients
  • Monitor patient drug therapies
  • Provide drug information and patient education
  • Supervise and direct support personnel
  • In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager
  • Must be patient-focused, team-oriented and have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy
  • Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Proficient in using computers and computer systems such as excel, word, and power point
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
  • Licensed by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist or eligible for licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and obtains licensure within 90 days of hire.
