About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle routine customer questions relating to product usage
- Provide technical support for Dealertrack family of products
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack solutions and products
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in Dealertrack products and supporting devices and platforms
- Accurately log customer information in the CRM customer ticketing system
- Adhere to ticket-processing objectives and support service-level agreements for response time and ticket closure
- Follow up on customer issues
- Handle and respond to multiple open issues and tickets simultaneously
- Work independently with little direction while multitasking productively and promptly
- Work required shifts independently and within a team organization
- Facilitate communication from the Support Team to other departments to complete cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accommodate extended hours, flexible work schedule, and overtime as needed, including weekend hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on individual and business goals
- Ability to work any shift during business hours, currently Monday–Saturday, 5AM–6PM MDT
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
- CRM case logging/Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud preferred
- Automotive industry knowledge preferred
