About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • manages and grows a portfolio of dealer clients across the NC, VA, and West VA Market
  • building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • optimizing the portfolio through the clients’ use of the line of credit
  • identifying and mitigating pre-default account risk
  • supporting post-default collections on defaulted accounts
  • collect and analyze client financial information
  • collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department with pre-default risk mitigation
  • inspect inventory, accuracy of audits and repossession as necessary
  • complete all Salesforce campaigns as required by the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS with 4+ years related experience in finance, client facing, B2B, account management and/ or collections required
  • combination of a MS degree and 2+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree accepted
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (various sectors)
  • Knowledge of the finance industry (various sectors)
  • Proficiency of reading and analyzing financials, such as profit & loss, balance sheet, tax returns and bank statements preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
  • Ability to identify risk indicators through data tools
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce
  • Valid driver’s license is required for this position.
