About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, and optimize one or more large, complex, or strategically important revenue product lines
- Form an in-depth understanding of problems by customer segment, persona, and competitive landscape
- Partner with UX research, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback
- Identify, quantify, and communicate customer and market opportunities
- Use AI-augmented discovery workflows to accelerate problem analysis
- Create and maintain product vision and roadmap, build business plans to secure funding
- Own backlog quality across Epic, Feature, and User Story altitudes
- Lead feature creation and specification, ensuring cross-team alignment
- Partner with Product Readiness, client solutions, and marketing to define launch approach and produce launch communications
- Establish feedback mechanisms to prioritize based on user input
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology
- Extensive experience in design, development, and implementation of product plans across full product lifecycle methodologies
- Extensive experience creating, prioritizing, and recommending epics and features
- Extensive experience conducting competitive research and analysis and identifying KPIs to measure product value
- Extensive experience with executive presentations and in cross-functional, complex team environments
- Experience working in an AI-augmented product environment, or proficiency in applying AI tools to product work
