About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for Manheim’s low touch commercial clients
- Administer post-sale operations at physical auction locations, MyCentral online auctions, private store sites, and seller payments
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders nationwide, including 74+ auction locations
- Serve as a liaison for effective communication between all parties
- Involved in basic troubleshooting and problem-solving with clients
- Process commercial sales and payments
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of sales balancing, payment approvals, promotional fee posting, and client reports
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Services division
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Problem solving and de-escalation skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Attention to detail required
- Basic computer literacy is required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and basic (data entry, filtering, sorting, etc.) Excel skills preferred
- Previous experience as a Commercial Services Specialist strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
