About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for Manheim’s low touch commercial clients
  • Administer post-sale operations at physical auction locations, MyCentral online auctions, private store sites, and seller payments
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders nationwide, including 74+ auction locations
  • Serve as a liaison for effective communication between all parties
  • Involved in basic troubleshooting and problem-solving with clients
  • Process commercial sales and payments
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of sales balancing, payment approvals, promotional fee posting, and client reports
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Services division

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience
  • Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Problem solving and de-escalation skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Attention to detail required
  • Basic computer literacy is required
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and basic (data entry, filtering, sorting, etc.) Excel skills preferred
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Services Specialist strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
