About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build and support high-impact software solutions for the automotive industry’s leading digital marketing platform
Collaborate with engineers and AI agents, leveraging modern technologies and best practices
Architect, develop, and maintain robust software applications across multiple platforms
Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to understand user challenges and design high-quality solutions
Lead and participate in Agile planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning
Mentor and provide technical guidance to peers and junior engineers
Define and uphold coding standards, review practices, and ethical guidelines for AI use
Implement and support AI-powered features and pipelines
Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and 4 years’ experience in a related field; or Master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years’ experience in a related field
5–8 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable, high-volume software systems and client-facing web applications
Familiarity with front end development practices and integration with back-end technologies (APIs / REST)
Proficiency in multiple technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Strong understanding of application lifecycle methodologies (Agile, iterative) and database technologies
Experience with AI-powered software development, prompt engineering, and collaborating with AI agents is highly desirable
Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and modern DevOps practices
Scrum Developer Certification or equivalent is a plus
Availability for rotational on-call duties outside of standard business hours may be required
