About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate cross functionally with business partners on projects and deliverables.
  • Analyze and develop solutions for driving efficiencies within and between departments.
  • Monitor trends and alter department directives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Partner with Operations Management, Manager to create team goals.
  • Supervises an assigned Operations Management team.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to the team, allocating assignments and monitoring individual performance.
  • Ensures the team performs and delivers across the range of Operations Management duties.
  • Manages project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitors team performance and addresses gaps and deficiencies.
  • Allocates work and establishes day-to-day objectives for production/support employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED and 5 years in a related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master’s degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience may also qualify.
  • Excellent soft skills including interpersonal, leadership, presentations, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
  • Preferred 1 year leadership experience.
