Drive net-new Hybrid Cloud Managed Services and Professional Services business for RapidScale (Cox) through direct sales and outbound prospecting
Develop and manage a robust enterprise pipeline and maintain a 5:1 funnel-to-quota ratio
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and nurture relationships within AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud ecosystems and strategic partners
Execute multi-channel sales via Cox Business, indirect partners, internal business units, and industry events
Use Salesforce to track prospects, manage opportunities, and improve forecasting
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, professional services, and customer success teams
Lead contract negotiations and secure favorable terms
Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning
Travel for customer meetings, presentations, QBRs, and industry events (25–50% travel)
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of Sales experience OR a Master's degree with 4 years OR a Ph.D. with 1 year OR 10 years of experience without a degree
Proven success building pipeline through outbound activity and hunting for net-new logos
Experience selling IT, cloud, or managed services solutions to decision-makers at all levels
Experience selling through both indirect (channel) and direct sales organizations
Track record converting opportunities into closed bookings and managing a 5:1 funnel-to-quota ratio
CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting
Strong communication, executive presence, and consultative/value-based selling skills
Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time
Preferred: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications and experience leveraging partner programs
Preferred industry expertise: Healthcare, Financial Services, SaaS, or E-Commerce
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must live in the specified city/state/region (Atlanta, GA) or able to work remotely within region
Benefits
Base salary $101,800.00 - $152,600.00
Annual incentive/commission target of $85,000.00
