About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • manage and grow a portfolio of dealer clients across the Jackson, MS territory
  • build and maintain relationships with clients
  • optimize the portfolio through the clients’ use of the line of credit
  • identify and mitigate pre-default account risk
  • support post-default collections on defaulted accounts
  • achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company
  • educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices
  • collect and analyze client financial information
  • collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department
  • minimize loss and maximize recovery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS with 4+ years related experience in finance, client facing, customer service, B2B, account management and/or collections required
  • knowledge of the automotive and finance industry (various sectors)
  • proficiency in reading and analyzing financials
  • strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
  • ability to identify risk indicators through data tools
  • strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • strong time management skills
  • strong negotiation and collection skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce
