About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage and grow a portfolio of dealer clients across the Jackson, MS territory
build and maintain relationships with clients
optimize the portfolio through the clients’ use of the line of credit
identify and mitigate pre-default account risk
support post-default collections on defaulted accounts
achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company
educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices
collect and analyze client financial information
collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department
minimize loss and maximize recovery

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS with 4+ years related experience in finance, client facing, customer service, B2B, account management and/or collections required
knowledge of the automotive and finance industry (various sectors)
proficiency in reading and analyzing financials
strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
ability to identify risk indicators through data tools
strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
strong interpersonal skills
strong time management skills
strong negotiation and collection skills
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to work independently and in a remote environment
proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce
