Senior Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead the planning, sequencing, and delivery of Employee Service Center (ESC) and People Solutions Operations initiatives
- partner with People Solutions Operations leadership, CoE sponsors, ESC leaders, HRTS, Process Improvement, and Communications
- manage moderately complex projects across the ESC and People Solutions Operations portfolio
- drive stakeholder alignment, risk, and change communications and campaigns
- support continuous improvement of project management practices and capability within the Portfolio team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years’ relevant experience
- different combinations of education and experience accepted (e.g., master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field)
- experience leading moderately complex, cross‑functional programs and projects impacting both technology and business processes
- working knowledge of project management and process improvement concepts
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- proficient with business productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
