About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for devising and executing strategies and tactics for vAuto’s Pricing capability within Inventory Management Solutions (IMS)
  • Drive go-to-market execution, commercial strategy, and operational rigor for the product
  • Partner closely with Product & Tech, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Implementation to deliver strong customer outcomes and profitable growth
  • Own the roadmap, revenue plan, and key KPIs for Pricing and related data
  • Focus on profitable growth, KPI performance, and market share expansion
  • Define targets, track performance, and drive actions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify and execute integration, bundling, and packaging opportunities that improve customer value for Pricing
  • Translate complex business and customer needs into clear commercial plans
  • Remove obstacles to execution, and ensure internal alignment from concept through launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS Degree with 10+ years progressive experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent combination of education and experience (MS + 8 years of experience OR Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience OR 14+ years of relevant experience with no degree)
  • Automotive experience is required
  • Previous experience running operations; preferably software related
  • Previous experience with P&L responsibility preferred
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Experience working, presenting, and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Strong experience in the strategic planning process, market research, and analysis
  • Ability to establish credibility as an internal thought leader on strategic and business issues
  • Ability to work cross-functionally & interact with leadership at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interpret complex data and distill it into a concise, relevant presentation for an executive audience
  • Ability to think strategically, abstractly, in broad concepts and terms and apply to tangible plans
  • Passion for storytelling, developing fresh ideas and translating market insights into compelling pitches
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-company environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
