About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and evolve a cross-platform design system.
Manage design token architecture.
Build and utilize MCP tools, skills, AI agents, and internal tooling.
Create and maintain documentation, interactive playgrounds, and component showcases.
Mentor engineers on design system best practices.
Champion accessibility and infrastructure.
Collaborate with product designers to bridge design intent and engineering implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
Deep in TypeScript and React, including advanced patterns.
Experience with web components and custom elements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and 4 years’ experience.
Familiar with design token tooling and workflows.
Strong understanding of WCAG and hands-on experience testing for accessibility.
Fluent in AI-assisted development and using AI tools.
