About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide design guidance as part of an AI transformation team.
- Ensure delivered experiences maintain a high level of quality for end users.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Present design work to peers and business leaders to build alignment.
- Partner with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Apply and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UX standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.
- Advocate for user-centered design methods and data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related discipline and 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, Product Design, or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX solutions.
- Experience with end‑to‑end product design execution, including user research, discovery, concept ideation, prototyping, delivery support, and post‑release validation across one or more shipped digital products.
- Experience with Figma for design, prototyping, and alignment to a shared design system.
- Experience using AI‑powered tools within the design workflow.
- Experience collaborating directly with product managers, software engineers, and related roles as part of an agile or iterative delivery team.
- Experience creating wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate user flows and design intent.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work that demonstrates problem-solving and design thinking.
