About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive guidance and coaching from your first day
Coordinate and validate customer returns and claims
Review customer claims for verification
Investigate basic, less complex cases
Interface with departments involved in complaints
Use resources to facilitate inspections and communication
Evaluate claims and prepare communication for resolution
Mediate disputes and negotiate solutions
Monitor and maintain accurate files for arbitration cases
Engage with supervisors for escalations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Less than 2 years of related experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment
Preferred: 1+ years of automotive or body shop experience
Preferred: Claims adjuster experience
