About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accomplish department objectives with primary focus on customer service, value creation and customer growth
Lead a Client Relationship team to meet mobility needs of customers and drive insight into their business
Establish strategic goals by gathering business, financial and operational requirements from leadership and other organizational stakeholders
Motivate and develop employees to achieve high standards and create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Provide leadership for subordinate leaders and teams across the Client Relationship group
Work closely with internal and client leaders to understand business and process methods, needs, issues, and challenges
Monitor Operational metrics to understand patterns and trends, identify cross organizational issues and develop data-based insights and recommendations
Define and develop process and technology improvement recommendations, and drive the implementation thereof
Oversee service provision to regional and global stakeholders; ensuring operations and services align, support, and deliver expected returns
Define the optimal resource mix for effective project delivery
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned by Leadership
Develop a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience in a related field
A master's degree and 6 years’ experience or a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field may be considered
12 years’ experience in a related field may substitute for a degree
3+ years’ experience in management or leadership role
Fleet maintenance technical knowledge required
Experience in customer service, maintenance coordination, technician dispatching, or Diesel technology or similar capacity Technician role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with peers, business partners, and leadership
Ability to interact with internal and external business partners supporting corporate policy, standards, processes, and procedures
Proven ability to lead people, set and achieve goals, and manage within defined corporate budgets
Proficient in understanding, analysis, and management of vehicle information to provide recommendations
Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs; strong MS Excel proficiency required
Self-motivated, able to manage expectations, prioritize work to meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast paced, high-energy environment
Strong customer service and organization skills required
Provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Travel required up to 25% of the time
