About the role
- Work closely with the Customer Care team to ensure best-in-class service provider experience
- Field a high volume of inbound calls and service provider requests
- Maintain high level of service provider compliance by validating insurance and license documents
- Assign service providers to operations for dispatching customer needs
- Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in vendor management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (in progress)
- Working knowledge of sales, high volume calls, and client management
- Strong customer service experience
- Some experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
