About the role
- Owns the full lifecycle of inventory data capabilities from concept through launch and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery teams.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication within the Agile Release Train.
- Influence decisions at all levels to deliver exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
- Lead discovery to understand inventory data problems across the enterprise.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and clients to inform discovery.
- Balance long-term enterprise platform needs with short-term incremental value.
- Translate strategic roadmap priorities into executable work using agile planning tools.
- Balance new feature development with technical debt reduction.
- Ensure portfolio alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software product management or product marketing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
- Critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems for complex enterprise products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial mindset to inform product development and launch activities.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Purpose-driven with the ability to motivate and excite others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with team members and customers.
