Handle inbound customer inquiries via both phone & email
Conduct research, process & audit invoices, & assist customers with other billing-related requests
Manage the approval workflow & other customer-facing processes
Address customer inquiries & requests, account reviews, & other inbound billing related inquiries from external customers
Research & verify customer issues with internal teams to determine root cause & warranted remediation
Clearly & concisely present information in verbal or written form to internal & external customers

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of billing-related experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
Ability to articulate issues, document resolution, & recognize when to escalate
Strong written & verbal communication skills required
Effective accounting, organizational, attention to detail, & time management skills required
Excellent computer & software knowledge essential, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Oracle
Experience working with customers or vendors to resolve issues with an excellent customer service track record
Clear a pre-employment drug test
