About the role
- Independently lead and coordinate programs and projects from design through delivery.
- Develop and maintain core project artifacts including business cases, program charters, project plans, risk assessments, stakeholder assessments, communication plans, and status reports.
- Drive decision-making and ensure on-time delivery of defined deliverables.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years’ experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of program management experience managing large-scale strategic or transformational programs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, prepare advisory materials, facilitating decision-making and prioritization conversations, and influencing without direct authority.
