About the role
- Be a real-time troubleshooter for customers in need
- Help them navigate challenges with clarity and professionalism
- Strive to resolve issues on the first call
- Provide world-class service by assessing customers’ needs and suggesting products & services
- Adjust billing and arrange product solutions
- Own the customer experience
Requirements
- Must live within 75 miles of Baton Rouge, LA, Oklahoma City, OK, Omaha, NE, Hampton Roads, VA or a surrounding community within those states.
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- High-speed internet connection available in your home
- 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues (preferred)
- Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus (preferred)
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers (preferred)
