Key responsibilities & impact

Automation Workflow Architecture: Build and optimize expansion sequences within GoHighLevel (GHL) —triggering automated offers to existing clients for relevant upgrades (e.g., automated add-ons after 90 days or scaling up hires when usage maxes out).
Pipeline Reactivation Drips: Design and launch segmented email and outreach workflows to re-engage historical leads from a multi-year pipeline, including past discovery calls, social engagers, and trial users.
System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor automation health, troubleshoot broken workflows, and refresh system copy as needed to ensure zero technical downtime.
Lead Inbound Management: Take immediate ownership of every human reply generated by your systems—qualifying the lead and booking them directly onto the Sales Manager's calendar.
CRM Data Integrity: Maintain absolute cleanliness within GHL, ensuring every active lead's pipeline stage and immediate next step are updated in real-time.
Partner Program Support: Support the broader affiliate and partner initiatives by managing tracking links and ensuring payout records remain precise.

Requirements

What you’ll need

GoHighLevel (GHL) Fluency: Direct, hands-on experience building out complex workflows, automated triggers, and email/SMS sequences within GHL.
Outsourcing Industry Insider: Prior experience working internally within an outsourcing agency, BPO, or remote staffing environment. You must understand how this industry operates from the inside out.
Strong Copywriting & Communication: Excellent written English skills, capable of drafting compelling, professional outreach copy and text sequences that drive high response rates.
Independent CRM Ownership: Highly organized and detail-driven. You are entirely comfortable managing data structures and pipelines cleanly without daily hand-holding.
Nice to Have Proven experience executing lead reactivation or customer win-back campaigns specifically.
Solid familiarity with sales pipeline reporting and tracking closing metrics.
Background supporting a B2B or service-based sales team.
