About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Adjust cyber claims, provide outstanding customer service, and support clients, brokers, insureds, and claimants
  • Perform coverage analysis and letter writing, investigation, incident response, evaluation, reserve adequacy and timeliness, diary maintenance, counsel management, reinsurance reporting, and claim disposition
  • Proactively manage claims and litigation
  • Communicate regularly with customers, brokers, and cross-functional departments
  • Prepare written and oral claim presentations, obtain authority, and formulate action plans for difficult claims
  • Market claim services and coordinate and participate in customer presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of claims handling experience
  • At least 1 year of cyber experience required
  • JD required
  • Must obtain and retain required adjuster licenses
  • Strong skills in coverage, claim evaluation, and negotiation
  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and across work groups
  • Professional Liability Experience is a plus
  • Must complete all assessments and interviews without generative AI assistance
