About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Adjust cyber claims, provide outstanding customer service, and support clients, brokers, insureds, and claimants
- Perform coverage analysis and letter writing, investigation, incident response, evaluation, reserve adequacy and timeliness, diary maintenance, counsel management, reinsurance reporting, and claim disposition
- Proactively manage claims and litigation
- Communicate regularly with customers, brokers, and cross-functional departments
- Prepare written and oral claim presentations, obtain authority, and formulate action plans for difficult claims
- Market claim services and coordinate and participate in customer presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2–5 years of claims handling experience
- At least 1 year of cyber experience required
- JD required
- Must obtain and retain required adjuster licenses
- Strong skills in coverage, claim evaluation, and negotiation
- Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and across work groups
- Professional Liability Experience is a plus
- Must complete all assessments and interviews without generative AI assistance
