About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Adjust cyber claims, provide outstanding customer service, and support clients, brokers, insureds, and claimants
Perform coverage analysis and letter writing, investigation, incident response, evaluation, reserve adequacy and timeliness, diary maintenance, counsel management, reinsurance reporting, and claim disposition
Proactively manage claims and litigation
Communicate regularly with customers, brokers, and cross-functional departments
Prepare written and oral claim presentations, obtain authority, and formulate action plans for difficult claims
Market claim services and coordinate and participate in customer presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2–5 years of claims handling experience
At least 1 year of cyber experience required
JD required
Must obtain and retain required adjuster licenses
Strong skills in coverage, claim evaluation, and negotiation
Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
Experience working in a collaborative team environment and across work groups
Professional Liability Experience is a plus
Must complete all assessments and interviews without generative AI assistance
