About the role
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements by developing smart tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy and quality of reporting and decision-making
- Implement efficient Excel models (e.g., Power Query, Pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Create, optimize and standardize Power BI data models and visualizations
- Reduce manual processes through structured, scalable data solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators for the German portfolio (rental income, occupancy, operating costs), analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities and review their implementation
- Prepare and execute monthly reports and financial models (business plans for properties and development projects) to forecast asset/portfolio performance and valuation, including quarterly updates and long-term strategic plans
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar analytical/quantitative field
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong financial analysis skills, including sensitivity and scenario analyses, and experience in financial modeling, forecasting and real estate data analysis
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Excellent German skills and business-fluent English, both spoken and written; French is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
