About the role

  • Identification of automation opportunities and implementation of process improvements by developing smart tools to increase efficiency, accuracy and quality of reporting and decision-making
  • Implementation of efficient Excel models (e.g., Power Query, Pivot, complex formulas)
  • Creation, optimization and standardization of Power BI data models and visualizations
  • Reduction of manual processes through structured, scalable data solutions
  • Monitoring key performance indicators for the German portfolio (rental income, occupancy, operating costs), analyzing trends, identifying improvement opportunities and tracking their implementation
  • Preparation and implementation of monthly reports and financial models (business plans for properties and development projects) to forecast asset/portfolio performance, including quarterly updates and long-term strategic plans

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar analytical/quantitative field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including sensitivity and scenario analyses, and experience in financial modeling, forecasting and real estate data analysis
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (SAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent German language skills and fluent business English, both written and spoken; French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
