About the role

  • Technical maintenance and ongoing development of an assigned building portfolio
  • Planning, management and supervision of renovation and modernization projects, particularly energy-efficiency measures on multi-family residential buildings
  • Conducting building surveys as well as planning and cost estimation of construction measures
  • Preparation of specifications (bills of quantities) and construction schedules
  • Coordination of regulatory and neighborhood matters
  • Coordination and monitoring of construction processes including schedule, cost and quality control
  • Close collaboration with the commercial department
  • Communication with tenants, contractors and authorities

Requirements

  • Degree in a construction-related field (Civil Engineering, Architecture) or qualification as a technician / senior building technician (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in planning and managing refurbishment works on existing buildings, primarily in energy-efficient building renovations
  • In-depth experience in preparing specifications/bills of quantities
  • Experience in the housing industry (residential property management)
  • Ideally experience with MS Office and knowledge of SAP
  • Structured working method and time management skills
  • Reliable and communicative personality
