About the role
- Support of the entire sales process, in particular:
- Sales preparation: preparing and organizing property sales (privatizations, project developers, land plots)
- Preparation and review of property documentation and creation of digital sales files
- Coordination with brokers/agents, notaries and internal specialist departments
- Drafting and reviewing contract documents, participation in notarizations
- Monitoring the sales process
- Sales follow-up: commercial/administrative processing after contract signing up to transfer of ownership
- Communication with buyers, agents, notaries and internal departments
- Monitoring receipt of purchase payments and receivables management
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, e.g., as a real estate agent/real estate clerk, legal and notary assistant, or in a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and confident use of SAP
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Strong team skills, customer orientation, excellent communication skills, solution-oriented working style and analytical thinking ability
