About the role

  • Support of the entire sales process, in particular:
  • Sales preparation: preparing and organizing property sales (privatizations, project developers, land plots)
  • Preparation and review of property documentation and creation of digital sales files
  • Coordination with brokers/agents, notaries and internal specialist departments
  • Drafting and reviewing contract documents, participation in notarizations
  • Monitoring the sales process
  • Sales follow-up: commercial/administrative processing after contract signing up to transfer of ownership
  • Communication with buyers, agents, notaries and internal departments
  • Monitoring receipt of purchase payments and receivables management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training, e.g., as a real estate agent/real estate clerk, legal and notary assistant, or in a comparable field
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and confident use of SAP
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Strong team skills, customer orientation, excellent communication skills, solution-oriented working style and analytical thinking ability
