About the role
- Commercial management of a defined property portfolio, acting as the primary contact for our clients
- Active involvement in portfolio development
- Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc.
- Handling of termination processes
- Conducting preliminary inspections, final inspections on termination, and handover after re-letting
- Processing and resolution of defects
- Regular property inspections and responsibility for ensuring ongoing traffic safety
- Collaboration with the technical team
- Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers/janitors, tradespeople, etc.)
- Continuous data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as a real estate clerk (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management
- Ideally, experience using SAP
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Service-oriented mindset and approach
- Structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
