About the role
- Central contact person for a wide range of matters and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
- Monitoring and care of our property portfolio and promoting a harmonious living environment for our tenants
- Organizing and conducting tenant support, advice and personal meetings to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Responsible for apartment handovers and takeovers (move-ins and move-outs), including careful documentation and communication with the rental parties
- Performing caretaking and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and to maintain the safety and accessibility of our property portfolio
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkaufmann) or a vocational/trade qualification — alternatively an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of building technology (building services)
- Practical hands-on experience in maintenance and trades
- Confident use of MS Office; SAP and general IT skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to handle conflict situations professionally
- Strong solution orientation, team spirit and a high level of customer and service focus when dealing with daily challenges
