About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact for all matters specific to the assigned portfolio of clients.
- Acquire and develop a deep understanding of the NTC mortgage services product suite and product process flows to enable proficient communication.
- Coordinate daily services and activities to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Drive client satisfaction by proactively managing accounts over the phone and occasionally in person.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years’ experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience managing a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate an understanding of contracts, contract amendments, and negotiation tactics.
- Adept at conducting research on project-related issues and products.
