About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary owner for Workday Compensation and Performance configuration, enhancements, and optimization
- Design and support annual compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus processes, and performance review frameworks
- Partner with Total Rewards and HR leadership to align system capabilities with compensation and performance strategies
- Identify and implement AI-enabled and workflow automation opportunities
- Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate
- Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence)
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience , with strong emphasis on Compensation and Performance/Talent
- Proven experience managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases
- Experience supporting compensation cycles and performance management processes
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions
