About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing an assigned group of clinics within a defined geographic territory by building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key clinic contacts to support customer loyalty and long term engagement.
- Monitoring account performance, ordering patterns, and product usage to identify growth opportunities.
- Conducting outbound calls to promote new products, marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
- Providing insights to Marketing and Sales based on customer feedback and campaign engagement.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries, product questions, and service issues.
- Processing customer orders received by phone, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
- Maintaining CRM (Salesforce) discipline, ensuring accurate logging of interactions, opportunities, and follow ups.
- Partnering closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure service consistency and operational alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in inside sales, account management, or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or product-based distribution industry.
- A customer centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- An ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively as well as confidence in outbound calling and product focused conversations.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
