Key responsibilities & impact

Sales analytics and insights generation by leveraging data, technology tools and AI to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, growth areas, and performance drivers.
Reporting and dashboard development that enable visibility and decision making.
Provision of support in the effectiveness and governance of core sales processes.
Provision of support in sales planning, performance reviews, and operational cadences.
Maintenance of CRM data integrity and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Actively cross collaborate with other functional teams including finance, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in a Data or Analyst focused role relating to sales, commercial operations, or sales.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills including the use of pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation.
Data visualisation and reporting experience with specific experience in tools like Power BI preferred.
High attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly.
