About the role

  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective veterinary practices
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential leads
  • Overcome objections and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Deliver compelling, value-based pitches and product demonstrations
  • Track key performance indicators, including outbound activity volume
  • Drive top-of-funnel performance by converting prospects into high-quality pipeline opportunities
  • Meet or exceed aggressive individual quotas
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Travel up to 75% to meet prospects and attend veterinary industry events
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations for alignment on campaigns and messaging

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and exceeding activity and pipeline targets
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and a relentless hunter mentality
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
