About the role
- Provide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities
- Be key user for E-sign platform for HR, Workday, HR S4U
- Support and advice ELC relative procedures are well designed, communicated and followed
- Troubleshoot on HR system issues to ensure data accuracy and customer needs
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete employee P-files
- Support HR Connect related projects based on requirement
Requirements
- Bachelor degree above
- 1-2 years’ work experience in HR relevant areas
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficient in HR System and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
- Be interested in automation technology
- Basic labor law knowledge is a plus
