About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and format educational materials including e-learning products, PowerPoint presentations, online publications, and conference posters.
  • Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, advertisements/flyers, newsletters, and more.
  • Design and coordinate the production of print materials with vendors – ensuring high-quality and evaluating pricing – including booths, brochures, posters, print advertisements/flyers, event handouts, and more.
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and creates a consistent visual identity across all media and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
  • Manage other assigned activities, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express) and Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of HTML and email distribution software
  • Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and color management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and composition
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively on deadlines, project needs, and suggested changes.
