About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and format educational materials including e-learning products, PowerPoint presentations, online publications, and conference posters.
- Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, advertisements/flyers, newsletters, and more.
- Design and coordinate the production of print materials with vendors – ensuring high-quality and evaluating pricing – including booths, brochures, posters, print advertisements/flyers, event handouts, and more.
- Translate complex ideas into visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and creates a consistent visual identity across all media and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage other assigned activities, as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express) and Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of HTML and email distribution software
- Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and color management
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and composition
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively on deadlines, project needs, and suggested changes.
