About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Creating visually compelling and brand-consistent designs across all of Med-IQ’s digital and print media
  • Design and format educational materials including e-learning products, PowerPoint presentations, online publications, and conference posters
  • Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, advertisements/flyers, newsletters, and more
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express) and Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and email distribution software
  • Understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and color management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and composition.
