About the role
- Contributes to the creation and maintenance of all Coverys products and services
- Vetting of new product ideas and product enhancements
- Provides recommendations for amendments to products and updates and/or maintains policy language
- Work with Product Development, Underwriting, and other departments to identify necessary updates to policy forms
- Research and develop new and existing insurance products in partnership with stakeholders
- Utilize industry tools to research current insurance considerations
- Assist with implementation of approved filings and development of resources
- Assist Compliance team with SERFF filing inquiries
- Track and research product ideas and enhancement requests
- Develop materials for introduction and administration of new products
- Maintain internal tracking of policy changes and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, preferred
- Two to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPCU and/or RPLU designation or pursuit of professional designations, preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail, procedures, deadlines, and quality results
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team
