About the role
- Provide proactive, data-driven risk management consultative services
- Conduct risk assessments and identify preventable risk vulnerabilities
- Develop customized risk service plans for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with stakeholders post-assessment to implement risk reduction strategies
- Prepare professional reports with recommendations and benchmarking data
Requirements
- RN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Certification in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM), within the first year
- 3-5 years of experience in leadership positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
