About the role
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of policy content for P&C products
- Contributing to new product ideas and product enhancements
- Collaborating with regulatory team to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Drafting policy forms and conducting industry research
- Assist with implementation of approved filings and develop communication materials
Requirements
- JD required
- 8+ years of experience in casualty insurance product development, compliance, or legal analysis
- Expertise in legal and technical writing
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SharePoint preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- CPCU and/or RPLU and/or ARC designation or pursuit of professional designations preferred
- Experience working with Division of Insurance or other state regulatory agencies
