About the role
- Provide technical support to Solutions Architect in building integrations
- Focus on configuration, testing, and documentation of APIs
- Set up and maintain partner-specific API sample collections
- Analyze third-party REST and GraphQL APIs
- Adjust API request/response payloads for evolving product features
- Perform regular validation of new and existing product APIs
- Create and maintain clear, field-level API documentation
- Develop and maintain workflow diagrams and charts
- Assist in reproducing and investigating technical issues
- Prepare test data and scenarios
- Coordinate user access requests for integrations
- Track the status of technical user stories and tasks in Jira
- Follow up with internal teams on action items
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Node.js, .NET, JavaScript, or Java)
- Basic knowledge of API concepts (REST, GraphQL)
- Hands-on experience with API client tools such as Postman
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability and eagerness to learn new technical concepts quickly.
- Familiarity with project tracking software (e.g., Jira)
- Experience creating technical diagrams or documentation
