About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and produce creative assets across: Ecommerce websites and landing pages
  • Email marketing campaigns and templates
  • Paid social and display advertising
  • Homepage banners and promotional campaigns
  • Product merchandising content
  • Social media creative
  • Product launch materials
  • Sales support and dealer-facing creative
  • Support UX/UI design initiatives across multiple ecommerce platforms and websites
  • Help maintain and enforce brand standards and visual consistency across all channels
  • Collaborate closely with Ecommerce and Merchandising teams to improve product presentation and customer experience
  • Help translate technical product features, fitment details, and product differentiators into visually clear and engaging creative
  • Support Product Development initiatives with launch graphics, product visuals, merchandising assets, and promotional content
  • Assist B2B Sales teams with presentations, sales collateral, and dealer-facing materials when needed
  • Help manage and organize creative tasks and production workflows through Jira
  • Review junior designer work for consistency, quality, and accuracy
  • Assist with photography planning, asset management, and light video or motion design work when needed
  • Contribute ideas that improve creative performance, production efficiency, and overall customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within ecommerce, consumer products, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first creative and ecommerce-focused work
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience designing for ecommerce, email marketing, paid media, and digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, merchandising, and responsive web design
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer-focused digital experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently execute projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable balancing both consumer-facing and dealer/business-facing creative needs
