Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models (DAX, Power Query, data relationships).
Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related Azure services.
Design and optimize SQL-based data sources (Azure SQL Database, Synapse, or SQL Server).
Develop and maintain data integration workflows, leveraging Power Automate and Logic Apps to orchestrate and enhance automation across data processes.
Develop and maintain data integration workflows to ensure clean, consistent, and high-quality data.
Partner with business units to gather requirements, translate them into data models, and deliver effective BI solutions.
Implement data governance, security, and role-based access controls in Power BI and Azure environments.
Monitor and optimize data refresh processes and performance of Power BI datasets.
Contribute to documentation, version control, and CI/CD processes for data pipelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the company’s data platform.

Requirements

3+ years of experience developing dashboards and data models in Power BI.
3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Proficiency in SQL — complex queries, stored procedures, optimization, and data modelling.
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, or equivalent RDBMS platforms.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and visualizations.
Experience working in remote, collaborative environments.
