About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the bridge between business and IT to design and implement system solutions
- Analyze complex needs, document requirements, support project rollouts, and provide advanced training/support
- Serve as the strategic liaison between business units and IT departments to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements for high-impact systems
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems
- Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to drive operational efficiency
- Evaluate existing business processes and system workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
- Three (3) years of directly related experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project environments
- Proven ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous data from multiple sources into clear, structured requirements
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL queries, data mapping tools, or reporting dashboards)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of successfully managing expectations
- Proficiency with business analysis and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Clickup, Figma, or equivalent)
