About the role

  • Analyze customer business needs and participate in planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems
  • Troubleshoot ongoing technical and data integration issues within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Manage UAT, as well as the adoption and enablement to hand back to functional users
  • Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues
  • Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards
  • Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Cloud Pages
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
  • Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (mandatory)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (Preferred)
  • Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce
  • Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing
  • Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
